We are InfiniteLoop, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs

- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
