We are ApexStream, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Lead MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments

- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
