We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
