We are WaveSync, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
