We are TitanByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Principal Head of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
