We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Brand Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
